Having worked in the motor trade for 20 odd years, I decided at the back end of 2018 to hang up my boots and pursue an exciting new path into the property world. The sheer hunger and desire to create a lasting legacy to eventually pass on to my children, was so overwhelming and a no brainer that I’ve not looked back since.
Even more exciting is the formation of a Business Partnership which I have no doubt will grow from year on year and no doubt will evolve over time. The aim is to create a business with a brand which everyone will recognise and for that to happen its simple: “We work together with relentless passion and just GO4it.
Joining the business somewhat later and being given the opportunity to be part of the Team, was an offer I couldn't refuse. Knowing I could utilise my experience in property development but also grasp new experiences through the investing, was an exciting prospect for me as an individual and of course my family.
Working as a train driver for London Underground for almost 30years, made me reach that lightbulb moment where spending more time with my wife and kids was far more valuable than being part of a system that pays well but you are never in control of your destiny. Whereas property will allow me to do just that.
I was introduced to the property world at the age of 18 when getting the keys to my first investment flat.
I instantly knew I was somewhat drawn to property and now, has become my passion.
At the age of 20, I needed to test myself and come out of my comfort zone so I decided to move to London from Italy and have not looked back. In that early period I was studying and working at the same time in order to make my ultimate dream a reality by becoming my own boss and crucially being in control of my own destiny rather than it being in the hands of an employer.
Now I'm part of a team that will enable me to achieve great things in property and fulfil lifelong aspirations.
